TGA - ARTG Registered medical fridges and freezers
The only medical fridges and freezers that are required to be registered on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG) are blood fridges and plasma freezers. Some other medical cabinets that ENLAKE sell such as fluid warming cabinets must also be registered All other medical fridges and freezers that are on the register are registered as Class 1 devices. Class I is the lowest risk category of medical devices and such devices don't require conformity assessment certification.
