All uninterruptible power supplies and battery packs are shipped as tailgate deliveries due to their considerable weight. This means that UPS will be delivered to a specific ground floor location, such as a medical practice or store area with the assistance of a hydraulic tailgate or another lifting device. The driver will not be involved with the unpacking or positioning of the UPS. Please note that no specific training or skills are required to unpack and prepare a UPS use.
